Hey guys. Things have been busy as usual but I did catch the game and rewatched a little bit. Here to discuss any questions you might have and dive a little deeper into where the team/specific players are at this moment in the preseason. I don't have every position/player graded all the way up and down the depth chart, but I did focus in pretty heavily on WR, OL (well, Penning mostly), RB, QB and a little bit of the DB depth. LB and DL I gotta dig a little deeper but let's talk about whatever's on your mind.

What I saw of Penning was not encouraging. Looked like he was on skates half the time, with smaller DEs getting into his chest, collapsing him back and knocking him off his feet. Tell me I'm wrong--I won't mind, at all. Because right now two words are coming to mind whenever I look at Penning play: Shawn. Knight.

The Saints had three openings on the OL this offseason. LT, LG, RT. Also worth noting that, l among those positions, we had to replace a three-time all pro on the right side.

At first glance, things aren’t looking good outside the Fuaga pick. What is your assessment of how the Saints filled those gaps, based on the limited data we have? If it’s as bad as it looked, are we in for another long season of stalled drives and red zone field goals?

I like that Kubiak brings a fresh set of ideas, but it seems like he is going to have to spend more time tailoring his offense to the OL than to our skill guys.

No specific question, TCU Dan, but what was your overall thoughts on what you've seen from the Saints so far? Is our Oline that bad? Our DLine that good? What's your take so far?

I assume you looked at the tape and concluded Penning is not starter material. Do we have options currently on the team to fill that spot, or will it take a trade or free agent signing to get some production?

Given what we've seen so far of Penning at LT and RT, is it realistic that Penning might make a serviceable Guard for the Saints?

How would you describe what is wrong with our running game? What do we need to do to fix it and is Kubiak the guy to do that?

Dan, what are your thoughts on Kubiak being up in the pressbox calling plays, vice roaming the sidelines motivating the offense to dominate?
