Another questionable call (1 Viewer)

On the play before the interception in OT, Ingram was stopped close to line, held up, then spun backwards and tackled for a 6 yard loss making it 2nd and 16. Did anyone else feel like forward progress was stopped and ball should have been spotted near the line of scrimmage. The next playcall may not have asked for Drew to wait for longer developing play if it had been 2nd and 11 rather than 2nd and 16.

I thought it was more he was thrown back and everyone was surprised there was no whistle... then instinct kicked in and he tried to make something.
