Anyone noticed playclock stopped at 9 seconds at the end of Saints/Commanders game (1 Viewer)

After the Saints completion to the two yard line. A line judge came in signaling a clock stoppage when the Saints had no more time outs. It stopped for about 3-4 seconds which gave the Saints time to line up and spike the ball. Looks to me the game should have ended at the end of that completion. This was truly a gift (finally) to the Saints, It is a shame they couldn't pull out the win.

yeah, they screwed up,


but also that should have been a delay of game on the commanders

If you follow the play clock, you'll see that we probably spiked the ball with 1 second left. It would have been close, and a definite screw up by the ref.
