Raiders could be seen as an even bigger challenge than NO but the presence of Tom Brady likely makes it more attractive.

Raiders, Jags, and Bears are disaster organizations for what they've actually been since 2004 when Ben Johnson became an adult in this world. Saints have had 3 head coaches since 2004... compare that to all other organizations.

My prediction is that he's too "cute" with his play calling and approach and that it won't work as a head coach. I hope he goes to the Bears.

The fourth team has the second most cap space going into next year and the #6 overall pick. One way or another he can buy a QB there if he wants one.
