I don’t think so. It’s a dumb decision, 4-3, in a single state. I think it can be limited to Ohio and limited to whether boneless wings can have bones in them. No reason to think it means anything more than that.

No. Decisions from one state court are not precedent in another state. Especially dumb decisions.

States courts seldom follow case law from other states. It has no binding authority in other states and would only be considered persuasive authority. In addition most rulings are based on the particular's of that state's applicable law which can vary widely from state to state.
