Reggie is a dangerous returner, but goes east west so often.

I don't recall all of his touchdowns but could someone put together a video collage of them? I'd like to see if they start with him going forward or dancing. I remember the big returns vs San Fran and Minn, were there more?

He has also head several would-be touchdowns where he tripped himself up after essentially breaking away from all potential tacklers (had he not tripped his speed would have taken him away).

From memory, these include one in the MNF game against the Vikings (where he also had 2 for TDs), and I think he had one or two his rookie year. One against the Giants, I think?

Here are the two against the Vikings in 2008:

Here is the one against the Redskins in 2008:

And here is the one against Tampa in 2006:

He begins each return by running laterally, with the exception of the last return against the Vikings, but it looks like he was about to on that one until he saw he had a hole.

Here's the thing about Reggie as a punt returner. His avg. return is fairly low because he does get stopped for very little gain fairly regularly. But when he does break one, he's going all the way. He led the NFL last year in PR TDs, despite returning many fewer kicks than other returners. He is a home run threat every time he touches the ball. All season punters have been kicking away from him because every opposing coach knows what he is capable of, and they don't want to end up looking like the Vikings last year.

Look at every return, the closest guy is 5 yards away from him. Gives him a chance to make a move, make a guy miss and set up his blocks. Thats not happening this year. He absolutely has no room this year to make a move. Its always said to have a good punt return, you have to make the 1st guy miss, thats hard to do when the first guy is 3-4 guys.

I have a feeling w/ the atmosphere for MNF, we could see something happen.

I thought the same thing, on all of his runs for TD's he does move laterally, but he doesn't stutter step, he gets a burst of speed & breaks it out, but on the others, especially lately, the stutter step is all you see for the most part.

Now I'm not Reggie & I won't bash him like others do simply because we are not him & don't know what's going on in his mind at that point, I believe for the most part his confidence was down, but I think that high flying TD last Sunday did a whole lot for his confidence.

That TD was Reggie being Reggie & regardless of the negative yards he will always get throughout his carrier, everyone just has to accept it, that's the kind of runner he is, yet he will continue to gain confidence & get better & better, Reggie is a dynamic player, always has been & you have to accept him the way he is, you can't get mad if he doesn't run downhill all the time, his instincts are not going to let him do that, let Reggie be Reggie & you will get more bang than bust.
