i can't get our ticket rep to return my call about this...

does anybody know if you're able to buy away tickets from the Saints, as a season ticket holder? I figured they might have a pool of tickets available for each game.

If not - best way to get seats in the Saints section (besides taking my chances on stubhub)?

well, that sucks. thanks jeff..

so then what's the best way to ensure that you'll be sitting in the "saints section" for road games?

IVE bought my tickets usually from craigstlist, but there is a saints travel agency DMI Destination Management Inc. that will sell you tickets to the game and hotel at the same the team is staying at.

I have 2 methods. First, try looking on Craigslist. I have a some good success with it. Secondly, look for people selling tickets on the other teams fan sites. That has worked well for me too.

thanks all - called the saints and they referred me to DMI, but it looks like they only sell overpriced packages (with hotels, etc)... i guess i'll look on craigslist. I'm just looking to drive up with some friends for the game.

I have purchased away game tickets directly from the Saints on a few occasions. They don't make it easy! I haven't even tried to get ticket through the Saints in the last few years because I would rather pay higher prices to get better seats...but it CAN be done, and at FACE VALUE!

I believe the tickets they sell are from the small allotment of tickets they get from the opposing team under NFL rules. If there are any tickets left over after players, coaches, sponsors and staff requests are filled, then they will sell left-over tickets. I assume that there are a few good seats and some bad ones...since I have seen both on different occasions.

Generally, you need to contact your ticket agent a couple of weeks before the game. I seem to remember that they made me fax my request in writing. they made it clear that there were no guarantees and I had to pick up the tickets at the Saints facility in Kenner.

I got mine for the Bills game on Stubhub. Only a 10% mark-up. Not really in a Saints section, but close enough. Row 1 lower level, between the 45 and 50 on the Saints side. Considering how awesome those seats are, I got away with highway robbery.

you could try ticketmaster when they come out but you would probably have to order like on the first day depending on where the game is.
