Probably a good get for the Vikings. He’s only 24 years old and I think their probably wanting more balance in their run/passing game. He can help. Akers was probably hoping our Saints might trade for him seeing how his hometown is Clinton, MS.

Seems he was upset with not being the lead back for the Rams but I don't see him taking over Mattison's job either... But maybe a change of scenery helps him get a better deal for next year.
