4 games into his career as a TE. He is used sparingly due to issues with the line but has 6 catches 64 yards and 3 TD. He is definitely showing he is a redzone threat.
He just started playing TE and still needs to bulk up to be a decent blocker. However I think he will show He can be our top pass catching TE. Saw the giants were covering him with a cb in the Redzone. That must mean they saw him as a threat.

He's being used like Jimmy Graham and at 6'4 240lbs he has the size to be an inline blocker he just needs more development at the position.

Johnson is a better athlete than Trautman but Trautman will have his day, but like Trautman there have been other talented players we though would be featured on offense that haven't got the targets or involvement we expected namely Calloway.

I think so. It's obvious that he and Jameis have developed chemistry. When we get back to full strength at WR, I think that opens up more opportunities for Juwan. Same thing for Calloway. I fully expect them to both be impact players the rest of the year.

I think Payton will watch this game film and have more confidence in Winston and open up the offense. Juwan will be a beneficiary of that, for sure

Calloway is doing well so far. We are asking a undrafted free agent to be our number 1 WR. This guy will do some damage once teams have to put their top corner and a safety on MT just to slow him down.

He does need to learn to use his size better once he gets the ball. Needs to not get push out of bounds so easy.

Callaway flashed promise last year but the way he closed out the preseason may have vaulted our expectations prematurely into space. I still think he is the real deal. He may just not be versatile enough yet to swap tactics when he is covered differently. Id wait to judge him on how he performs next to CGM (God I Hope Soon)

I think Calloway is more of a deep threat big play option that is supposed to compliment Thomas and TQS but because those guys are down Calloway has to take on a bigger role, much like Harris and Trautman who was supposed to get balance from Varnett (sp?).

yea, we are pretty much making the same point. Teams are going to try and take away as many options as possible. For us first attention likely goes to AK but second is probably going to Callaway. If CGM is in there he is third focal point and most teams don't have two lockdown corners. Last year I thought he was going to be special but I thought he would be as a number 2. So I can't wait to see him in that role.

i know Cook failed us numerous times but man he looked good on Monday night....

The fact he has picked up a new position so quickly given that he is an UDFA is excellent. Lots of props to Juwan.

Trautman well hes a disappointment. Look liked he was going to be a Solid TE. Perhaps a better version of Josh Hill. Boy does offense miss him. Hopefully Trautman dusts himself off and gets back on track
