I brought this up in a different thread but it may be better here. Assuming Moore is the hire, are we missing out on some quality coaching talent while we wait for an official signature? Or do you think he basically already has his staff in place and all will sign when he does.

We’ve lost Hadges for instance. I guess wasn’t interested in him or he could have said “keep him for my staff”.

He undoubtedly has buddies he’s talked to about following him. Fans (myself) just get nervous seeing teams hiring coaches while we just lose some. I’ll just go take a nap and wait for news next week

He’s already putting together his staff behind the scenes, that’s pretty much a guarantee.

Most of the time these guys that are in contention for HC jobs send out feelers way beforehand, DA said in his PC today that Ben Johnson was contacting him before the end of the regular season to see if he would be interested in being his DC wherever he ended up

We all wish, but he ain't going anywhere . But it may be time for Pagenetti his Ast OL coach to be poached and made a OL coach. That's if we don't keep Benton and Dennison

Any HC candidate worth his salt already has his guys in mind and has them in his pocket, especially is the interest in him is high. My guess is we already offered him the job and he's picked out anyone on our staff he wants and the other guys he wants

I get that he had 2 mental lapses (and one of them in a blowout, in a play that only Don Beebe didn't quit on the Bills side) but he was a very good DE.
