Sorry if already posted. I searched and didn’t see anything about it. Nick Underhill addressed this on his X account Monday morning and didn’t seem to think it was very accurate. Also, after the fact, looks like the reporter is more of a baseball than football guy.

I kinda get it.. Jayden is a generational talent, and the Saints have no current answer at QB, the most important position in sports.. sometimes happy accidents occur though, and Kellen could turn out to be a better coach than Kliff in the long run.. as the old Asia song goes ‘only time will tell .’

Hmmmm “rival” team. Would that rival team to Washington be Philadelphia lol?

Philly really trying to pull out all the stops to keep Moore, Siriani sent KM that tweet and said “see dude, the Saints didn’t really want you”. 🤣

Kingsbury is still making head coach money from Arizona. That makes it a whole lot easier to sit out this cycle.

To me, working with Jayden Daniels was like being asked to design and mold a solid gold ashtray. No matter what shape you come up with you're still going to have a big hunk of gold that gets the job done. It's not like he had taken some 'Ian Book-type' player and turned him into a playoff contending QB.

This is the same 'who made who' argument that many folks had in regard to Brees and Payton. No doubt Sean's move to Denver and his early success with Nix is helping to answer that question. When Kingsbury can 'convert' some journeyman player into a franchise signal caller, then he can officially be called the next 'Quarterback Whisperer'.

No surprise. He can wait until the optimal situation arises.

An ashtray, that's the best you can do? :ROFLMAO:
The same can be said about the guy we're about to hire. He helped Dak but I'm not sure he made Dak.

I was just trying to come up with an analogy to describe how easy it was for Kliff to pull off the job he had at hand working with Jayden Daniels.

I know, but a gold ashtray is still an ashtray. In his defense, he's always been good with QBs.
