What goes into the decision making process between Taysom Hill and Trevor?

"We'll see. This is going to be the six-million-dollar question and honestly, we're going to look closely at what the best thing is for our team this week (vs. ATL). As the week progresses, we'll see how we want to play it out and we'll be ready to play on Sunday."

That will depend on Taysom being cleared to play by an independent neurologist this week.

I honestly think it'll be Trevor, just a gut feeling. Based on how Sean spoke, and what we saw on Sunday. Trevor's ability to get the ball out on time versus the blitz was impressive and that's something that Taysom has historically struggled with.

Yeah, this is Sean being Sean.... Don't say anything until you have to... Then say something convoluted and vague. If Taysom is healthy he starts, if not Trevor starts until Taysom is healthy.

I would guess Trevor at this point with Hill to play his normal role to a lesser extent coming back from injury - i dont think they want do a whole gp for Hill when he is just coming back from a concussion, a pretty nasty one from the looks of it, then have to scrap it again and go back to Trevor. The safe route is Trevor and ease Hill back into the action. We shall see i suppose, SP knows best!

I think it's more likely that Trevor starts this week. Depending on how he performs I think he may continue to start after that. I believe that SP will do what's best for the team, as he says.

The Saints are in need of weapons on offense. If he thinks Trevor is equal to or better than having Taysom at QB, then Trevor will be starting because then you have Taysom to use elsewhere -- that's what's best for the team.

Taysom isn't going to start just because of this perceived crazy SP Taysom loyalty. SP is more loyal to himself, and that means doing what gives the team the best chance to win. He's not coaching to spare one player's feelings -- circumstances change.
