Yep. Which is why for us old timer fans it’s all gravy now, and we are so thankful for the Payton Brees years.

I’m a middle-aged Who Day, with my first games coming in the middle 80s. So while I’ve enjoyed a tremendous amount of success by the team, I started my fandom when they were still known as the Aint’s.

I wonder if he's telling Klint Kubiak to not take a job in a bad and hopeless situation now to prevent a similar fate. Had DA stayed in Denver in 2012, he'd have been the defensive coordinator for Broncos-era Peyton Manning... instead, Jack Del Rio wound up taking the Broncos DC position, and was later hired to be a Raiders HC. Klint's dad, Gary Kubiak turned patience and loyalty to a dedicated program into a Super Bowl title as head coach of the 2015 Broncos.
