I Think DA should step up and hire Steve Wilks. I think he is getting a raw deal from San Fran and it would free up DA to coach instead of completely running the defense!

Joe Woods is already the Defensive Coordinator and despite his issues as a HC, DA is a very good defensive play caller. I would not want to take away the things that he is good at and the reason he got the job in the first place.

I didn't think they were a "big" downgrade.

top 10 in Yards allowed, number 3 in scoring defense, number 3 in rushing defense.

By virtually every metric they fielded a VERY good defense this season.
