This was a pretty good interview with Lauscha about the team's future. It will be interesting to see where things go.

Love the direction this team is going and our most recent draft is going to play a huge part. We know how impossible it's been to get talented FAs to come to the Pels due to it being a small market and a perennial loser which means the front office has almost no room for error on trades and draft picks.
