The prevailing thought is that he isn’t very good.

I honestly think he’s just reached a rough patch in his career and still has time to turn it back around if he can find the right team/system fit.
His play has regressed since 2018,he's fighting injuries,and isn't viewed as a team leader by many GM's.
 
He was not a starter in Cleveland until injuries forced him onto the field. He has not been the same player since he got injured in 2018.

He's still talented and rangey. He could be a great situational pass rusher, but he doesn't play nearly as aggressive and physical since he started battling injuries.

His lack of physicality is why ATL traded him.

He'd be good depth where ever he ends up, but he may not be willing to realize he's not starter quality anymore.
