This could be right and wrong. I usually always believe that you trade down and possibly get a huge haul. However, if you are at the 1 or 2 spot. You have to at least believe that the premium picks would help instantly. It’s all dependent on who is the HC. If it’s the same dude that is roaming our sidelines, then just don’t even submit a name for selection bc he will ruin them. If the draft is weak, then trade down

Oh they are 100% promoting from within when Mickey steps down. He brought in Randy Mueller because (the rumor was) he was looking to retire from being active GM. My guess is he’ll move up to just a Team President type role and Kai or Ireland will be bumped up to GM.
