My nephew just told me he heard the Saints are getting a new helmet logo. Has anyone heard this too?

The only logo I ever was tempted by was the one where the FDL was semi-raised is if stamped by steel. They show it on sports shows and pregame stuff sometimes

I would not hate them changing up the helmets a little bit like what the Lions did with that flat metallic blue. Our gold would look amazing like that. But I don't know about changing the logo itself. It's one of the most iconic in the NFL.

Don't see them changing the helmet logo in any significant way. Maybe a tweak which they have done before, but the FDL is too iconic and too loved by the fanbase to remove. It would be like Dallas getting rid of the star.

The logo doesn't need to be changed but we could use some updating. Getting the golds to match would be my first priority and paint the dang endzones.

I'd love to see us use our alternate all-whites design as our default uniforms and built sets around that. The gold pops way more. The all-whites are set, we would just need a black jersey variant, and black and gold pant variants. They just look undeniably better. And if we went that route, we would need a gold helmet that better matches.

The gold pants have been depressing ever since the league went from Reebok to Nike. This is a long overdue change. I don't see it happening, but it should.
