I can't find a link on the website but i was watching Around the league live earlier and Chris Dimino (790 the zone) in Atlanta was talking about the controversial 4th and 1 call. He was discussing about what Atlanta needs to do to pick up the pace and then states that we are a Terrible road team, and basically saying falcons played badly.

I don't think we are a bad road team at all. I just think we had a bad game (h/c goes out early in a game with injury at TB). And we overlooked the rams. Other than that i think we played a hell of a game against Green Bay.

I know we are 3-3 on the road but are we really that BAD of a road team or is this guy just butt hurt because we beat his Falcons?

Sour grapes at its worst. Atlanta did not play badly. If the Saints are such a bad road team, that makes Atlanta a bad home team. :angryrazz: Considering how many whodats were in the stands last Sunday, hmmm..........

We're 5-1 under Payton against the falcons in their tent. If we're such a terrible road team, what does that say about your sorry excuse for home field advantage.

They played badly?

They turned the ball over one time, ran for 5.5 YPC, and threw for over 300 yards.

Yet we still beat them. We just straight up smacked them in the mouth.

If that's the case, then Atlanta is a "TERRIBLE AWFUL HOME TEAM" cause the Saints went into that circus tent and wrecked things over. We came, conquered and owned that ***** as usual. ***** Atlanta.

And this helps Atlanta in the division race how?

Even if the Saints are a bad road team... they have two remaining road games. If they lose both road games and take care of home, they are guaranteed to win the division.

He was talking about how we are -7 in turnovers on the road i believe. And he said Atl should have forced a turnover.

I know its not a big deal but this guy just lit a fire under my ***.

What i got from it all was he was basically saying "Falcons should have won".

Hell, they were lucky to even be in OT with us.

LoL, well since this "terrible" road team beat ATL in their own house, after they come to the Dome i'll mail a broom and dust pan to that radio host.

3-3 on the road so far. So we arent terrible, just not great.

What ever happened to Atlanta being "unbeatable" in their dome? Saints and Pack have owned that notion.

I just dropped him a note:

"5-1 in your dome under Payton. Of course, for Saints fans, the Ga. Dome is like a home away from home."

If you go undefeated at home and .500 on the road, you're 12-4.

Just sayin'...

Nice! ... except for the twice used word describing their home as a "dome". Don't know if you have ever been there (I have) but it REALLY does look like a freaking circus tent. It is not just a term meant to poke fun by SAINTS fans. It is a an invalid use of the word "dome" to describe it as such.
