It's going to a closer game than some think. These Saints/Falcons matchups are always tough to call. We have had years where they looked down and beaten and come out kick out butts and years where we look bad at the time of the matchup and destroy them. And ….. still going to get their arse kicked
Falcons are favored for a reason, even though they do not have much of a home field advantage. If the Saints were healthy we would be a 3 point favorite or so and likely would win. However, this weekend I think it is a coinflip and if Kamara and/or another offensive lineman are out, we likely lose. It's going to a closer game than some think. I think it hinges on both QB's and how they deal with the opposing defensive pressures. Are we going to see the Kirk Cousins that demanded big paydays or are we getting Kirk Cousins of the latter Viking days. I haven't watched enough of Carr but I know he has his issues as well of being a bit hot and cold. It will be a good game. I think we pull it out by 3 points another barn burner. Even though I said it is too close to call I give the Saints the 3 just because I do think they are the better team.

Agreed. I could see him playing this week and sitting out the KC game against an AFC opponent.I have mixed feelings about AK playing with a broken rib and hip pointer. I know he's one of the players we can't afford to lose, but I don't want to risk even more injury if he plays. Just praying for him and the team to do much better than last week and no more significant injuries. If he plays the Falcons will definitely be playing him closely and very physically. They would anyway but an injured AK invites more shots.
There's no way the Saints would be favored in this game healthy or not. Doesn't mean they're not going to smoke them though.Falcons are favored for a reason, even though they do not have much of a home field advantage. Yeah, we aren't in the best position with injuries right now. Every year it is insane but just the nature of the sport these kids are so fast and strong. It's a coinflip I can agree with that. It is going to be a battle especially with Demario being out (I assume) because of that hamstring that is a very touchy injury. Kamara with a hip pointer and ribs isn't a great situation to be in. Hopefully Hill can come through as he always seems to do. Shaheed could be another factor even if we only hit him once or twice and they lead to scores from him or indirectly we need every point we can get.Falcons are favored for a reason, even though they do not have much of a home field advantage.
