I am the Bayou Blues in my work league and the Rhythm Methodists in my church league.

You can probably find websites with long lists of crazy names.

Last year I used Jimmy Graham Cracker and Breezus Christ. I was on the fence about Jimmy Crack Corn. Some of my favorite team names not saints are Somewhere Over Dewayne Bowe, Welker Texas Ranger, To name a couple. I'm sure there's a website with a ton of them.

There are MANY lists of all varieties of FFB names. I like pop culture references....Sharks With Frikin Laserbeams, Victorious Secret, etc...(I have used those the last 2 years). Player name wordplay may be the way to go. something like Know Your Sproles or Life's a Brees. You could try "She's a Mormon, Im a Baptiste".....
