If you had to pick just one, what would you say your absolute favorite seafood or shellfish is?

Mine without a doubt is scallops, there are few things I love more than a perfectly cooked scallop

I seriously could eat an entire plateful

I just hate when I order them at restaurants they give you like, four, maybe one or two more if it's an entree

My absolute favorite would be crawfish, followed very closely by oysters.

I absolutely love boiled crawfish, and I am a huge fan of lobster. Those are my two favorite, but they're following very closely by shrimp and oysters. I eat oysters raw by the dozens, as well as fried and char-grilled. I do like scallops but not as much as the others.

I had Mr. B's barbeque shrimp on Sunday and holy crap they remain one of my favorite dishes of all time.

The best piece of fish I've ever eaten was some very fresh hog snapper at some diner in the keys.
Blue lake crabs probably favorite, I don't know, I love it all.

I love good scallops, unfortunately they have a personal vendetta against my system.
