I've posted this for 4 weeks now, and we've continued to be at the top of the mountain, enjoying the view.

FIRST PLACE BABY!!!!

And don't give me this tiebreaker noise.....tiebreaker ONLY activates once the season is complete. There is no such thing as a tiebreaker after week 12.

Here are the two things I know for a fact:

1. We have the best record in the NFC South..no one has a better record than us.
2. If we win all of our remaining games, we are in the playoffs.

That, my friends, is first place.

By the way, I live in Atlanta and my friends are losing their minds trying to explain to me about tiebreaker and why we aren't in first.

I am all about being fired up when we are still in it despite a very subpar season overall; however you can not say that we are in first place because we are not. You can not say "ignore the reason why we are not in first place at the moment and pretend that we are." The tie breaker does apply now as far as ranking go and as of right now we are in second place. Also we do not have the best record in the South. Atl has not lost a division game yet and they are 4-0, we are 2-1. I think we will pull the division out, but right now we are in second place. It is what it is.

However, tiebreakers DO NOT exist until the season is complete.

Check out the verbiage from the 2014 NFL rule book......

TO BREAK A TIE WITHIN A DIVISION

If, at the end of the regular season, two or more clubs in the same division finish with identical won-lost-tied percentages, the following steps will be taken until a champion is determined

Therefore, as of today, we are in first place. Suck it Falcons (they are also in first, but not solely).
