Was planning on coming over at Halloween, love the city at that time of year, and for the Raiders game. Hadn’t booked anything yet but it’s just flights I need and had priced a few. Then on wed night my mate called, slightly drunk, asking when I’m coming and wanting me to come over soon, I told him I was waiting for the football to start but he wasn’t taking no for an answer.
Half an hour after the call ended I got an email containing flight tickets over, all bought and paid for, lovely gesture, so now I’m coming over on the 28th of this month, til 5th July, when there is nothing on. No saints games, or open training days, no LSU games, no Pelicans games, I’m friendly with the jesters soccer team owner but they have 2 road games when I’m there. So, I’m looking for some football to watch, anything, high school, anything really. He lives in the Metairie area close to Dillard if that helps. Suggestions please.
