New post from me.

I list and break down four key areas that the new HC must be able to address regardless of who they hire. Enjoy!!

Good points. I’m really wanting a coach that can make solid game time adjustments consistently. I find that to be imperative. So I would personally say 5 things. But good write up

Excellent write up. So do you think Mick will look in the mirror and make FO changes as well? Mueller and Ireland do not seem to have the ability to identify the players we need and Mick is walking around like all we need is new "rims" on our 2005 F-150.

Muller didn't get here until just before the draft last year so I don't think it's fair to lump him in with Ireland yet. But they do need to get better at drafting. Unfortunately, Loomis indicated no staff changes in that department but that they would change their process to make it better. What those changes are and will they help is anyone's guess? But, do have some hope that maybe Ziegler and Mueller will provide a new set of eyes to help with evaluations. And I have to say that at least so far they did a better job in the draft with them last year. Identifying a guy that might even be a solid backup QB, if not a lot more, in the 5th round is good work along with Fuaga.

If you say so, I guess I don't have a lot of hope any of those guys. So we will see.

Mueller, in my opinion, didn't have real bad drafts while he was here before. He only got fired because of something with Benson. It wasn't from putting a bad team on the field.
Deuce, Darren Howard, LeCharles Bentley, Charles Grant, Donte Stallworth and even though he never played for us he had a good career he drafted Marc Bulger. 26 and 22 record with first playoff win. I mean not bad to me for us back then.

Thanks for reading.

I wouldn't beat Zigler and Mueller up too much. They haven't been there that long. But I do like the fact that Mueller is back in the building.
