I realize everyone wants a WR, i would like to sign a veteran and draft 1 or 2. However, RB is a concern for me. In DA’s 1st press conference he stated that they were planning to run frequently. Not to mention that 41 will be facing an upcoming suspension.
I really believe Marlon Mack will be a bargain & a steal for somebody. Hop we talk to him

For a very long time, I've been against signing RB's coming off of achilles injuries. The numbers suggested that it just didn't work. Well, there is a group of young RB's who are proving that wrong. Mack was one of the first to boucne back strong and fast. Look at what Cam Akers did last year, he got hurt prior to the season but was able to come back in the playoffs. It's crazy, it used to be a 1.5 season injury at the very least, and those who did come back, just didn't perform. Not any more. All of that taken into consideration, I like Mack and wouldn't mind the Saints taking a hard look at him.

Again… and I know he hasn’t “played” RB up to this point… but Laviska Shenault is rumored to be available via trade, and he most definitely could play the WR/RB hybrid role that Ty Montgomery filled.

Shenault could realistically be a better version of what Cordarelle Patterson has become for the Pats/Falcons.

1. DT Larry Ogunjobi (No idea why he failed his physical in Chi, but he’s available)
2. WR Jarvis Landry
3. OT Eric Fisher
4. RB Phillip Lindsay
5. DT Matt Ioanniodis

I've always been a fan of Sammy but he simply cannot stay healthy.

Still a good talent but not durable.
Yeah that’s the knock on him, but that guy would flourish as a number #2 here……or a #3 if we draft a stud. Dude was in a crowded receiving room in KC (let’s face it he wasn’t getting more targets than Hill or Kelce) and of course he couldn’t get optimal targets from Lamar. Sammy still has a tremendous skill set.

Ebron is Jared Cook 2.0
I can see where you would think that, but I beg to differ. Ebron is way more athletic, runs harder, and doesn’t fumble a game away. They both tend to take plays off, but the same can be said about many players in the league. With that being said, both guys can win their matchups fairly well and both possess the same speed. All in all, Jared Cook was not a bad TE for us. He was actually more than solid, he just made some boneheaded plays that will forever live in infamy with us.
