Saints were smart to pay him anything near that, especially coming off that knee injury. Looks like we'll be signing a vet and drafting a corner.

Saints were smart not to resign him when you have Taylor and Kool-Aid ready on their rookie deals, that money can be invested elsewhere.

Isaiah Rodgers - $7.5m/yr (Vikings)
DJ Reed - $16m/yr (Lions)

Not CB's, but I also see a few guys from SR wish lists off the board. Haason Reddick (Buccaneers) and Milton Williams (Panthers) have found new teams.

Pats overpaid Carlton Davis. He is just not that good.

I felt like they were going to move alonte back in that star role however. I wouldn’t be surprised if Corner is our pick at 9. Will Johnson come on down

Yeah I understand why we didn’t match that offer. 10 million per for 25 year-old was kind of head scratching but anything close to 20 yeah no way.

I guess people don't like that I said Adebo should be in the 20mil per year range?

Well went back and looked, and most of the CBs outside the top 6 are in the 19mil range. Adebo may factually slot in aroudn 19 mil w/ Trevon Diggs etc...but due to the increase in cap he's likely to see about 20mil putting him firmly inside the top 7. Top 10 would be in that 19mil range.

On a random note... Jaire Alexander is on the block....wonder how much the pack want for him.
