The biggest flaws of Mickey Loomis are:
- being delusional.
- trying to relive the success of 2006-2020 era.
- his cause & effects of salary cap.
(Mishandling contracts to players who didn't/doesn't deserve HUGE paydays & restructuring those horrible deals by the kicking the can down the road where we can't sign other players in future FAs).
- trading picks for questionable players

Can't. A player/person cannot declare for the NFL draft until 3 years after high school. 2026 is the earliest draft Arch can declare for but he's also being pushed highly by Eli and Peyton to stay and play through his senior year.
