Haynesworth unhappy? (1 Viewer)

So when do the "trade for Pacman and Haynesworth" threads start...?

Those have been going on for weeks.

With that being said, what do you think it would take for us to get him? ;)

To tell you the truth, I would give up the 10th pick for Haynesworth. (Throw Pacman in that deal too) Haynesworth is the player Ellis and Dorsey should want to become when they enter the NFL. (Minus stomping people's heads with your cleats) Watching Albert demolish double, sometimes triple teams is awesome. Anyone who has watched a few Titans games would know this guy is the real deal. He can completely alter an offense's game plan with his disruptive play. Team him up with the ends we have and you have the best d-line in the league. Haynesworth allows ends to get more sacks because he flushes the Qb out of the pocket right into the ends. The Titans ends are good, but not as good as Will Smith and C Grant. I don't know the Titans sack totals last year, but I can guarantee you most of them were because of Haynesworth.

Haynesworth was truly a force last year when he was healthy, but he missed at least 3 or 4 games with injuries and he has had attitude problems in the past. I'd like to have him in black and gold, but I think you'd have to weigh the risks of a huge contract vs. what you could get in the draft. I wouldn't do a deal before we are on the clock on draft day.

At first, I said "Ah **** no", but it might be a good idea. I am not sure who would be left at #10 that would be worth it (Dorsey/Ellis gone), that would make the same impact that Haynesworth can make.

I wish FA and the draft would happen already so I can stop flip floppin over the plethora of options provided around here.:covri:

getting Haynesworth will definitely boost up our DL...imagine if we signed Haynesworth then draft either Dorsey or Ellis.....

He was one of the most dominating defensive players last year. The Titans defense was a different unit with him on the field. We had major problems blocking him that Monday night. That being said, it cost us at least our first rounder, which is cool with me if he's healthy.

This guy isn't going anywhere, but it's great to dream.
