From I-10, coming from the west and New Orleans Int'l Airport:
At the I-610 split, stay right to downtown New Orleans;
After the Carrolton Avenue/Airline Highway exit, take exit #234A "90 Claiborne Ave. west- Superdome"
Follow the signs to the Superdome parking garages.
From I-10, coming from the east:
Follow I-10 westbound to downtown New Orleans;
Take the Orleans Avenue exit;
Turn left on Orleans and follow it across Canal Street where Orleans becomes Loyola Ave.;
Proceed to Girod Street;
Turn right and follow Girod to the Superdome.
From the West Bank of the Mississippi River & the Greater New Orleans Bridge:
Take the O'Keefe Street exit;
Turn Left on Girod Street and follow Girod Street to the Superdome.
From Interstates 55 and 59:
Proceed south to I-10;
Follow I-10 signs leading to downtown New Orleans;
Follow the above directions for I-10 coming from the east.
PARKING INFORMATION
Parking is available in Superdome garages 1, 2, 5 and 6, as well as surrounding parking lots. Plan to arrive early as bigger crowds mean more traffic near the New Orleans Arena. Parking in all Superdome garages is $10.
The Hornets and the Arena management are offer the following advice for fans arriving close to game time to expedite entering the Superdome parking garages:
* Fans taking the Superdome exit off I-10 can park in both Garage #5 (facing Girod street across from the pylon sign) and Garage #6 (on the Poydras side of the Dome) and walk through Garage #5 to get to the Arena.
* Fans taking the Poydras exit can park in Garage #1 (facing Poydras Street) or drive around to Garage #2A on LaSalle Street
* Season parking passes for Garage #5 will now be admitted in all Superdome garages.

BOX OFFICE AND WILL CALL LOCATION AND HOURS
The Box Office is located on the ground level of the Arena off of Girod Street and Will Call is in the main box office lobby.
The Box Office and Hornets Will Call will open at 2pm on Saturday, and Ticketmaster's Will Call will open at 4pm. The Box Office and Will Call close at the end of halftime. If you need to visit the Box Office for any reason, we suggest arriving early to avoid lines and congestion closer to tip-off time.
Arena doors open 1 hour before tip-off, except for the VIP Entrance which opens 1.5 hours before tip-off.
ARENA HOURS AND SEATING MAP
The New Orleans Arena opens one hour prior to tip-off, except for the East VIP Entrance which opens 1.5 hours before tip-off. Courtside, Club, Suite or SuperSuite ticket holders may enter through the East VIP Entrance.

The Merchandise Special of the Night can be found in the Hornets Nest team store, which is located inside the New Orleans Arena and sells official New Orleans Hornets merchandise, including the same adidas gear worn by the Hornets players. Store hours are as follows:
* Tuesday - Friday from 11:00am -5:00pm
* Saturday from 11:00am - 3:00pm
* Open on Sundays and Mondays, game-nights only, at 5:30pm
* On game nights, the store will close 30 minutes prior to doors opening and re-open once Arena doors open.
