How come everytime your waiting for important mail it takes forever or doesnt come? (1 Viewer)

I paid off my truck and now I'm waiting on the title. Capital One said it was mailed on Feb. 26th and should have been here by now. I can get loads and loads of crappy junk mail, but never get the stuff that I really need. This happened with my Saints tickets also, they went to my old adress and I had to get the ticketmaster type ones printed up.

Chances are, your titles are being sent to you via certified mail, return receipt requested. Certified and Registered mail takes a lot longer to make its way to you than first class.
