This SITREP is FUBAR b/c the U.S.A. EORs and EOAs will receive a formal on you ASAP if an SM is put on KP these days.

Moreover, I have no clue what IIRC means, but the above was a major SNAFU. SMs (correction, Soldiers with a capital S...another change to keep in mind) are beginning to have more rights than leaders.
