I don't pretend to be a football guru, but I can see this play calling from both of them is ridiculous.


Getting beat by a 3-12 team at our house and the visiting team had a delayed flight.

There is no talent on the offensive side of the ball to get creative with. It took a trick play to even get a TD. The Oline can't even pick up a rush. Nothing to get creative with

Once things don’t go according to plan Kubiak is pretty lost. He can script the first 15 or so plays and it’ll look great. After that? It’s atrocious. I know there’s injuries and such but his play calling is terrible

You can’t really run your actual offense when you have this much youth/depth level pieces on the field, including a 5th round pick at QB.

You’re just hoping you can run your base vanilla offense and look competent.

I’m not suggesting we are loaded with talent. Problem is you can see the lack of coaching / teaching on the field. There’s zero discipline. We’re not seeing much effort. It’s sloppy, ugly football. That’s on all the coaches from Riz on down.

You don’t have to keep shooting yourself in the foot. You don’t have to play like you don’t care because the season is over.

A good coach gets the most from what’s he’s got and puts the players in position to succeed. I just don’t see it. On any level on the this team.

It's both, no takent and KK isn't good. The offense was terrible before the bottom fell out and the starters on offense were still playing. I'm sorry but McCoy being injured should not have been such a huge factor. He is at most a 2 point differential player.

What bothers me the most is the lack of fire with this team. Talent aside, injuries aside, After you get humiliated 34-0 the previous game, I expected a little more fight especially in the Home finale. But all you see is more missed tackles, stupid penalties and lack of coaching. When the Raiders finally decided to blitz Rattler I knew it was over. Defense needs a complete overhaul, Offensive philosophy needs to be spiced up and the front office needs to facelift from top to bottom!!!!

they scored 90+ points the two games before all the injuries hit. that doesn't seem too terrible to me. once McCoy went down, all went downhill. the cap is so bad, the team can't afford decent backups and has to rely on below average, vet minimum talent and this is what it looks like.

It feels very unfocused…what are we as a team offensively and defensively?!? It’s all a blur. A new HC with vision….SP set a standard and what we have now ain’t cutting it.

Have to turnover and do a overhaul on the roster otherwise don't expect things to change. If lucky maybe 2 to 3 seasons away
