Thomas isn't the biggest or the fastest receiver in the N.F.L. Like Drew Brees however he is very technical and dedicated to his craft. Much like Brees is accurate with his passes M.T is very precise and accurate with his route running abilities. Drew is the most accurate passer ever, M.T is the greatest pass catcher to play the game.

Yes they are cut from the same cloth. Don’t have the typical measurable to be an elite at thier given positions but they have such great drive, fire, and heart that they overcome their flaws through dedication, relentless want to be great and work ethic.

Yes he is. I think Thomas is the Brees of WRs more than Brees is, himself, at QB. The two ignorant lame excuses why he isn’t the best is either because “he’s getting single coverage” or because “he’s playing in a dome”. Two of the dumbest statements that instantly shows whoever says it is stereotyping Thomas without never seeing him play and because of the uniform he’s wearing. What people do especially media is create a fake narrative about someone regardless of it being nonfactual and repeat it over and over until it spreads across social media to other analysts because of obvious hate for a hardworking player or the city they play for.

Thomas has been getting bracket covered, combo covered and even triple covered the last few games, but still unstoppable through all of it. People see what they want to see. And Julio Jones and DeAndre Hopkins has been playing in domes their entire careers, yet no one implies their domes gives them magical powers to be the best WRs. All of our starting WRs should be reaching 1000 yards every year if a dome could make players play at a high level, but we haven’t had a solid no. 2 on the depth chart in years
