and then you can work down from there relative to trying to re-build the organization, which in my opinion needs a drastic makeover if you will.

I think that is the problem he is talking about. The owner seems absent if the people below her are running amuck. Sweet lady, though. It’s not ownership. Gayle has never once tried to clamp down on our spending or salary cap hell. Neither has our GM. We have talented players and have had talented players for a good while now. The problem is leadership.
Well, there’s a good and bad side to Gayle. The good is that she is hands off. No one likes a Jerry Jones or David Tepper trying to make open decisions.I think that is the problem he is talking about. The owner seems absent if the people below her are running amuck. Sweet lady, though.
"THE PROBLEM IS LEADERSHIP", Should we not look to the owner for leadership?

The bad is that she is too hands off and trusting of those she has in charge. However, I would never fault Gayle if she ever wanted to “pinch pennies” bc she’s not wealthy like some of those other owners. So I’m glad that she lets us have some leeway with how much we spend trying to build a winning formula. Personally, I’d like to see ML step aside and go on to an advisory role. Let Khai or Ireland be the GM. I am starting to lose faith in ML though. That gum smacking HOF HC jargon was borderline insanity

She's doing what an owner is supposed to do. Hiring people to run the team and letting them do it. Frankly, Dennis Lauscha has more to do with running the team than Gayle. Loomis answers to Lauscha.

I do. There are a few holes, particularly a lack of depth, but the starting talent, when healthy is good enough imo. The first 2 games were clear evidence of that. The problem we have is we can't have injuries. We don't have sufficient depth at key positions. You really think with the talent we have we are better coaching away from being a contender?
