Since being on the team he has done a great job. I respect a person who takes a step or two back to reflect and learn. Something I preach to some of the students I mentor in my line of work. Never a bad thing to take a step back to improve. I am rooting for him to succeed.

Wow.

Sure, it might not work out.. .. but a 27 year old and matured Jameis paired with Sean Payton and benefitting from a year with Brees.. well he's definitely as likely to be our long-term solution as anyone else we'd reasonably be able to obtain in the next year or two. We'll get to see how it goes..

Great clip. I think Brees had that effect on a lot of teammates. As a fan, even though I knew he couldn’t play forever, his retirement was emotional.
I really hoped he would go out with a 2nd Lombardi and a sellout crowd. It was a tough ending for the face of the Saints.
