The New Orleans Saints have a significant decision looming regarding starting QB Derek Carr’s future in the Big Easy. If they choose to move on from the veteran signal-caller, Laurier Golden Hawks QB Taylor Elgersma could make sense as a Day 3 NFL Draft pick.
The 6’6”, 220-pound gunslinger has a cannon for an arm, can extend plays with his legs, and I’d consider his decisiveness above average.
