I've looked at the replay 2 dozen times now, and I just can't see how in the hell they took the TD away from Graham?! His left foot, and right hell went down CLEARLY inbounds. I mean, I didn't see anything that showed him to have gone out. So, how/why did the refs screw the Saints on this one?

That blade of grass. It was always that blade of grass.

The replay they showed where he touched the white blade of grass was pretty convincing. It's amazingly close, but I have to begrudgingly say they made the right call.

That blade of grass moved, but there is no way you can tell me that it moved 100% because of Graham's foot.

It is incredible that they didn't call that a TD, I am sorry, but that was a TD.

I have to agree, that is a TD all day any day. heel down, knee down separate legs ... its a td the refs were keeping between the lines... the vegas lines that is.

also that locker td was rediculous...the guy was 5 yards out of bounds... big and athletic yes... locker could be a good thing coming for the titans... but that was no friggen way that ball was inside the pylon

i think it is more the case that the video really wasnt able to 100% confirm that it was a touchdown. Same as if it was called touchdown you wouldnt be able to take it away from us. Lets move on, we won the game and had more than enough opportunity to put them away that doesn't include that no TD call. By the way Graham needs to get some good games in to firstly beat the TE recieving record and also no have Gronk beat him for it this year. Those 2 are going to be neck and neck in stats the next 5 years!

I kept asking myself "how can they review that catch and still not get it right"? They then showed the replay and blew up the area around his foot that shows the white move. Then I found myself wondering if the ref had access to that close up prior to making that call? If they didn't have that close up, which I'm assuming they don't, then theoretically they still got it wrong because that's the only way it didn't look like a good TD.
I've sinced moved on but at the time it was bothering me.

After looking at it again, the picture is so blown up and pixilated that the white blade of grass doesnt move, it just seems to disappear for a sec and the movement is a side affect of pixilation. It could very well be that the cleat on his shoe passed in front of it and made it disappear for a sec. Regardless, 1 knee is equal to 2 feet and his knee came down in bounds.

I don't see the white blade of grass moving.. Do you guys have this "blown up" shot? I've only seen it in normal size shots.

It's not a big deal for this game because we won.. but, it's the trend of things this season that have gone bad for the Saints when the refs decide to go bonkers. What happens if this kind of call costs us a championship?

Sure the grass moved but it was already a TD by then. It can not first be a TD and then not. How many catches arent made in bounds and then they slide out? Same thing here.

As John Madden says one knee equals 2 feet, the announcers even said that.

If I didn't love my Saints so much, I would strike as a football fan until the commish fixed the refs blatant cheating. Lol this **** is driving me postal.

Truly, I've never seen a worse call.

He had possession throughout, foot and knee were down in bounds, and the ball never touched the ground.

Isn't that the definition of a catch?

I'm sure the Saints will get a note from the NFL this week saying that the refs blew the call. I'm glad it didn't cost us the game.
