No. It’s based on TV network selections and who the NFL thinks will be appealing in certain slots. For example, the Texans always seem to get that Saturday 4:30 slot because they’re not viewed as a big draw.

This year is also a little different because there will be six wild card games instead of four.

They are - but as mentioned in an earlier post, the Bucs are also without a couple of key players due to Covid. So the thought is, which team gets the Sunday slot and thus a chance for an important player to return? The Brady Bucs or the Saints?
