AK will not do jail time. Guy talks smack, guy gets beat down. Yes in Vegas they seem to take those cases seriously, but I'm willing to bet he takes some sort of plea that leads to fines, community service, probationary period or some combination of them.

I mean honestly folks, if we start jailing people for long lengths of time behind fights then there are a whole lot of people that would be in jail. If he had used a weapon I would understand. Yes the guy got jumped, but they indicted everybody and I can't see how the entire damage can be blamed on one person. There is no way to to determine which blow caused what damage. One thing is for sure, he will be lighter in the pockets once this is all over with.

Is there video of the "victim" talking smack and if so, is it in entirety, as in showing who instigated the smack talk? Or is this is an assumption or hearsay of the victim talking smack?
