E.S.P.N is really trying hard to sell this game when they know that they are dealing with a partially eaten and melted milk dud. E.S.P.N commentator said Georgia is going to give L.S.U a tough game

But it was all good when both national championships and sugar bowls were home games for LSU though, right?I don't like the fact that Georgia basically gets a home game.

I admit i dont understand Aranda. I thought one of the benefits of a 3-4 defense was bringing pressure in creative ways, but often I see us lining up with 4 on the line of scrimmage and a vanilla rush
when you dont have the likes of Debo Jones and Devin White at MLB, you must compensate. Delpit being banged up and Chaisson hasnt been lighting it up on the edge either off that knee. So he has to adjust scheme a bit.
thats my take. lol
We are also running a whole lot more plays. If you look at big picture stats we really aren't that bad outside of the Bama and Ole Miss games.I'm not going to begin to try and analyze what Aranda has been doing, but it certainly does not look the same as previous season.
Much of the season has been spent without several starters. Outside of Chaisson, there is no one who can create a pass rush by themselves, so once Chaisson is doubled or they roll the QB away from him he's effectively neutralized. For several games players simply failed to maintain their gap discipline and the run defense was gashed. At the start of the season, the team as a whole was adjusting to the offense, including the defense who saw a lot of time on the field because the offense scored so quickly. I think you have to go game-by-game to look at the issues they faced, because there is no one reason why their performance has dropped.
Aranda just didn't become a bad coach one day.
Yeah, I'm not worried. People make judgements from 40,000 feet looking at rankings and stuff that don't really tell the story. There is a lot that unlike, such as how often they force 3 and outs and their stats without the broken plays. The biggest takeaway for me are that the issues they have are fixable. The DL is deep with solid players. The back 7 is ridiculously athletic. There is no talent disparity. Things like gap discipline, missed tackles, etc can be fixed with focus and improved communication. We are also running a whole lot more plays. Joe Burrow and his W.R group with Cylde and Moss should prevent that. The SEC is going to rig this game for UGA to set up the CFP with 2 teams in. But we will smash them in the rematch and win it all
