Landon Young re-signed to a 1 year deal (16 Viewers)

Not a very effective player when given the opportunity, he's back on a deal; but that does not mean he makes the final 53 man roster.

Yeah, he was pretty disappointing last year. Hopefully they get better depth and he ends up bottom of the roster depth instead of someone you are counting on when a starter goes down.

It is a thing, a thing the Saints are doing in 2025.
They've retained less than 10% of the coaching staff. They've brought in some new players and let some players go, so the roster won't be exactly the same as last year. It remains to be seen what percentage of last year's roster will also be part of this year's roster.

People clearly have different definitions of what "running it back means."

I see people disagreeing over what "running it back" means, more than they are disagreeing over the facts of what has specifically changed and what has stayed the same.. People are basically just disagreeing about the use of a slogan.

I've described it as "one last hurrah" for the vets. At the same time, we are signing FA for next year's rebuild though. Gotta draft well for any of it to matter.

I thought i was the only one. But these signings been giving me this going be an evaluation season with a hope of sneaking in as 7th seed vibe.

I'm not saying we will but I won't be suprise them jumping up to grab a qb. I dunno I just keep asking myself would I bet my 1st coaching career as a former qb on a 34 yr old Derek Carr. I just expected more movement in FA. Not In a bad way now though

I'm personally completely on board with giving Jordan, Hill, Davis and anyone else I'm overlooking one last shot at a Super Bowl with the Saints regardless of how low the odds are.

I'm completely behind the team trying to give that to players who have consistently and constantly given it their all year in and year out.
