I bought my 4K 3D LG 55C6P curved tv on 3/20/17. I don't remember when but it was a few months after that a leak in my ceiling dripped right into it causing it to not work. I'll have pictures but the fact that this leak went straight into my tv is the same as being struck by lightning. Luckily my brother Lord Tice was able to buy the necessary part that was damaged and swap it out so I didn't have to use my 4 year warranty that I paid for but that meant having to spend an extra 120 or so but the new part works. So today I'm sleeping and I hear a drip sound and check it out, a new leak occurred about 18 inches from the old one and lined up with my tv's new depth as well. The difference is that the first time I was watching something when it happened and didn't realize what was going on for hours while turning the tv off and on many times. This time my tv was off and I unhooked everything and moved the tv to the living room where I'm letting it dry out and am waiting until Sunday before testing whether it works or not. So that's how I was struck by lightning twice.
