Glenn Guilbeau / Special for USA Today
BATON ROUGE — If he chose to, Glenn Dorsey could describe recent stories about his injury problems as, "Stupid is as stupid does."
But the LSU defensive tackle hasn't taken that road. Nor has he criticized Auburn guard Chaz Ramsey for illegally chop blocking him last season, injuring Dorsey's right knee and slowing him down late in the season.
Just as his fictional role model, Forrest Gump, did after taking verbal criticism from Lieutenant Dan, Dorsey turns the other cheek.
"He doesn't get upset about things like most people," Dorsey's mother, Sandra — like Gump's mother, a strong presence in her son's life — says of the injury rumors. "He took it in stride. He said it comes with the territory. He knows there's nothing wrong with him." Full Story – USA Today
