I’m hoping with the drastic turn over in coaches we can finally get some fair player evals. No coaches should have “their guys” to keep as they don’t draft these guys or bring them in. Sure they will after free agency and the draft but let’s get a clean slate look at the talent we have now.

No one should assume they’re safe and that’s a good thing.

Hope it’s like Thanos and wipes out half of the roster population. I got a bunch of names I care not to see on the opening day roster
I have a few as well, but mostly I just want to see them draft and develop players better. Like, don't draft players that don't have the skillset you're looking for and get the guys you do draft ready to play. I feel like we draft guys and don't let them make any mistakes. These guys have to be allowed to make mistakes, learn from them and then play better.

I honestly kinda agreed with Thanos and respected him the most, him and Tony.
I mean Thanos wasn’t entirely wrong. He wanted a balance. There is nothing wrong with balance. In a sports sense, fans get too attached to some players. If they don’t move the needle, then why waste more time with them? Like I just saw JJ talking to Sanders at the combine, talking about “get your arm ready”. As to say we are going to draft him, but more importantly like he’s a lock to be on the team. What the heck has he done that is so great, to have that kind of confidence that he will be around? Some of these players have got too comfortable with being “mid”.

Yes, I think DA didn’t want to play younger players. Maybe that was because he knew his job want tenuous and could t risk a young guy making a mistake. But instead, he let good young talent out the door without seeing their true skillset.

If a player can’t produce on an average team or a bad team, then he lost likely can’t produce on a good team. Trim the fat and let’s get the ship corrected. I’ve seen enough from some of these dudes.
I think the older guys can still play but let’s get ahead of the decline in production. Get some youth even if they screw up a few times. Make mistakes and learn

While very true I don't think we'll ever know what those evals are. We're still fairly limited on cap and everything else but it'll be interesting to see what is left after 3 years.

Can we be done with the RAS obsession? Good dudes on paper is not translating to the field.

I hope this is the end of it.

And this is wrong?? Moore has turned out to be a very good coach, maybe even a great HC , but not so good an NFL QB

RAS just like the S2 and other athletic measurements are just a piece of the puzzle. No more or less important than a 40 time
