In a sense but Jeff was never head to Chicago. While he impressed them with his football knowledge, it was just not a good fit. Ryan was someone who stood out to them. And Ryan really wanted to be there. He had an offer from the Vikes over the weekend but felt more interested in Chicago. So, Chicago lands Poles and Vikes will hire Kwesi Adofo-Mensah, which is just an interesting move. Very intelligent guy but more of a cap guy than a football evaluator. But it is their team.
