Changes nothing, you still got the same GM and his bad spending habits. I seriously think more coaches would have been fighting for this job but with the same front office, it doesn't matter what you do nothing will change.

One thing that we overlook is moore ability to find offensive talent. Especially qb. Payton had a good niche for finding talent

I’m excited for it, we need to shake things up. I know some suggested letting Rizzi drive the tank for a year, but I’d rather just let a new coach come in and salvage what he can while building a foundation for the team’s future.

I often wonder is the coach saying “we need this guy make it happen” and Loomis does it. I believe it has been mentioned before that he lets coaches have the reins but I have not instances I can point to.
