NFL's handling of Cardinals tampering violation creates bizarre new precedent

The NFL knew damn well what it was doing when it announced the unprecedented settlement of a tampering investigation between the two involved teams, the Cardinals and Eagles.

Florio brings up some real solid points about the Cardinals tampering and about how the news was dropped. I agree, it was an absolute trash move by the NFL, but what else is new?!?!
And as always……we get screwed somehow

Exactly, we didn’t get a chance to work out a deal with the Dolphins like this. It’s crazy how the rules are different depending who is involved. Goodell is a butt boy for the northeastern teams and everybody else just has to live with it.

Correct. In fact, I would say that the tampering that happened with SP was way worse than the Cardinals one. However, nothing for us…….nothing to see here…..just move along
