Poor dude is one of the elite, but he can't stay healthy.
He says he's dealing with ankle, knee and back issues right now.

From 2014-2022, Armstead has played an average of 11.5 games per season. He has the 12th highest AAV and 6th most guarenteed money for a LT contract. I think the Saints made the right call to move on.

Was listening to NFL on Sirius yesterday. The Dolphins fan that called in loved the line without him. He is VERY worried about Tua getting hurt again, so he was paying super close attention to the offensive line. Pat Kerwin brought up the fact how he thought the line looked really good without him. I'm not here knocking on TA, he did us GREAT for years! Just throwing it out there that they may doing fine without him.

He will always be a Saint. Even if he pulls a Morten Andersen Joe Horn and signs with the team that shall not be named, he will still be a Saint.
Since when do our mortal enemies get the "shall not be named" treatment? We can't have a nameless mortal enemy! They are the Falcons! Dirty Birds!

The only thing we're allowed to hate these days is the rival team. And I can't think of a team I'd rather hate than the Falcons.

(H.M. - Cowboys, Rams, 49ers, Chi, Sea Hawks.)

He's about done probably, he enjoyed a long career despite a bunch of lower body injuries.

Hopefully he retires after this year and enjoys his health.

Had he been able to stay healthy throughout most of his career I think he was a sure HOFer.....at this point he has to be thinking retirement....Love TA....
