Millions are expected to converge on the mall for the fireworks extravaganza.
I live at 16th and Q and am planning on walking down to the mall with some friends for the fireworks at about 8pm tonight after we grill.
This is crazy. Haha. I'm sure the weather will clear. I just hope nothing else happens.
